The guys at Tire Sales & Service are AWESOME!!! We got a flat tire trying to get to the Amtrak station early on a Sunday morning. Upon recommendation from a policeman, we contact TSS and they worked their magic! They put on the spare tire (in the train station garage) while we were away in NY, and when we got back, they put the (ordered) brand new tire on in less than 45 minutes. The staff is so great, and they deserve the highest praise. The pricing was also fantastic for the service. Would recommend these guys to anyone and everyone!!!

I have been a customer for many years. They used to be ok. I was quoted a price for a repair, told them to go ahead and fix it but also ask John (service manager) to call me if it should cost any more I was quoted a price of 600 to 650 and when I went to pick up my vehicle (after them having it for 3 days of which they blew me off not checking into the problem further, they had checked a job they had done previous same kind of noise it wasnt that so they took my vehicle off of the lift and told me that wasn't the problem they needed the lift for another customer) so my vehicle sat there for another day. I hadn't heard from them by 1pm the following day so I called to see if they had found out what was wrong, they had found the problem but yet again took my vehicle off the lift stuck it back outside for the 3rd day. they were supposed to change my oil rotate tires and fix another part. He added 150 dollars more to the repair cost because he says the couldn't find a part so they had to buy a whole new bearing kit. He had stated previously their shop press was broken that he would have to Find somewhere else to use a press. Well I quess they couldn't so they passed on an extra 150 charge that I had not been told or approved. Mean while I noticed my tires had not been rotated after I paid the bill of 800. As for the oil change I decided I had better check to see if the oil had been changed when I got home,glad I checked that hadn't been done either so now on the 4th day I had to take the vehicle back to get the oil changed that I had already paid for. When I arrived I told John that I was not at all happy(p'd off)about the service I have received and the answer I received from him was yeah im p'd off to. No sorry we have wasted your time and overcharged you for a part we couldn't find a press for so we charged you to buy a whole new kit. This wasn't the first, second or even 3rd time we have taken our vehicles here and had to leave the vehicles on average 2 to 3 days longer than needed. I heard they fire Mechanics all the time they can't seem to get and keep reliable help. very disappointed customer we will be finding a new shop. We dont want to take anymore chances with this place it has been going down for awhile now. The owners of this place needs to wake the heck up and see his business is going to hell and we are not the only ones noticing this why can't you.

I took my truck into tires sales and service in Stanto De. for a brake squeel problem, rear brakes and tie rod ends,,, after telling me that the tie rod ends that I had provided did not fit my vehicle, this business charged me $125 each for these tie rod ends that I researched online for $55 each. That is a 150% markup,,, they marked up the brake pads 100% and when I left,, my brakes were still sqeeling.

The manager of the store told me that I had not mentioned the sqeeling problem, but I had mentioned it three times to him

I will not use this business again and I hope that I may warn others not to
