        Bad customer service and bad food , regret to eat there. We will not go there again !!

        First my daughter looking at the wine Manu , and the waitress came to ask her ( you didn't look like 21 yrs old ) my daughter said ( I am 22 ) then waitress said ( oh ! It's ok ) , my daughter said what is the point to ask her but not checking the ID ? And then myself went to bathroom , and it's stink so bad , I came out and told the waitress to check , and we order sushi and sashimi combo , the dish was horrible , look ugly . And she keep asking us you want order more , we say no . The waitress keep coming to ask , I feel annoying !!!!

        HORRIBLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE HERE!! TRY "Yi Palace" Restaurant nearby!!!



        We went there for dinner. We saw customers on the next table argued with female owner over the weird taste of their dish. I can tell that the customers do not enjoy the dining experience. As for us, the same female owner recommended steamed sea bass to us. We happily took the suggestion, but they gave us tilapia! Then she tried to convince us that Tilapia is called as Sea Bass in Japan! No Apology!! Wow, how creative! But please, I am in US, not Japan!



        You are probably fine if u are lucky without any issue. But if u ran into any issue, you will have very very nasty customer experience!!! If you want to have a pleasant dinning experience, please try other places, like Yi Palace nearby!! Not worth the risk to ruin your quality time!!!

        I really like sushi and my boyfried really like tempura and noddle. we alwayse drive to Phil to eat. we find out Takumi's owner is prefessional Japanese chef and come to try. The food is so so good.
