Sears Auto Center

Horrible experience overall. Bought new tires on http://sears.com and had them installed at this location. All four tires are leaking air. The two back tires are leaking so much air that they are completely flat within a few hours. Tried tightening the valves and that helped but they're still leaking. One of the two pressure sensors that I had installed doesn't even work. Before I left the shop I had one of the mechanics look at them because the light on the dashboard was on. He said that the one sensor wasn't reading and that I would have to go to another sears to have it replaced because they don't have any more sensors at that location. To top it all off it took them 3.5-4 hours for them to do all of this "service".....meaning installing four leaky tires, one working sensor, and one broken sensor. Now I have to go to another sears to probably wait another 3.5-4 hours to have this mess fixed. Never again will I go to sears for auto service.

This is a nice Sears in a convenient location at the Concord Mall. They have a great selection of appliances, tools, and inexpensive clothing. The store is clean and nice.
