I called at 430pm and ask if I could come in purchase invitations for my wedding, I was told by the assoicate to come in any manager could help me. After arriving at the store the manager Christine who was on duty said she wasnt trained to help me and I would have to come back. I explained to what I was told. She said oh well I dont care, what you was told and became very hostile getting into my face. As I walked away I said maybe if the cashier wasnt on her phone she could provide better service to people waiting in line. Manger Christine again got into my face. This unacceptable for anyone to act like this.
