        The Edgemoor Community Center is a nonprofit, community-based, multiservice agency. The center provides a range of educational, recreational, self-enrichment and family support services. It offers preschool child care, computer tutorial, and before- and after- school care services. The center offers recreational activities, as well as organizes several summer camps, youth work programs and instructional classes. The Edgemoor Community Center serves as a venue for organizing various community programs. The center enrolls more than 80 children in early child care and over 85 children in school-age child care programs, as well as nearly 90 children in summer camps. It maintains an office in Wilmington, Del.

        Overall

        The summer camp has seen an enormous change in the past 2 years. The staff are professional, program is well organized, perfect licensing approval, and we have been back each year and plan on it in 2015. A great camp for the dollar, great people, a boosting its community. A+

        DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD HERE!!!...

        DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD HERE!!! MY SON WAS PHYSICALLY ABUSED WHILE ATTENDING CAMP THEY SENT THE STAFF HOME THE DAY OF THE INCIDENT WHICH WAS A THURSDAY MONDAY MORNING HE WAS BACK TO WORK. THE DAYCARE STAFF TURN OVER IS AWFUL THE 4 YEAR OLD CLASSROOM CAN'T KEEP A TEACHER, AND TEACHER ASSISTANTS ARE IN THERE BABYSITTING!!! ***** PLEASE DONT SUBJECT YOUR CHILDS LEARNING BY SENDING THEM HERE*****
