Arbor Pointe Apartments

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible!!! If you are any kind of a decent human being, you will not like this place. I moved in because the design of the apartments is well done, they were close to where I need to be, and they allow pets. Boy was that a mistake! Some examples-

1. the other tenants allow their dogs to poop anywhere, including road and sidewalks, without picking it up. The complex finally installed a poop bag station in one of the grosser areas, but it remains empty with no bags. My dog would literally not walk in the grass if she didn't have to, it was so covered in poop and pee. 2. the apartments are poorly constructed with light visible around door frames, etc. There are wooden stairs leading to second and third floor where non-slip tape has worn off and stairs are chipped and cracked in places. 3. maintenance has a high turn-over and in my case took 2 weeks (NOT exaggerating) of me asking every day to get the lightbulb on the landing changed. They also informed us at the beginning of the summer that they would be installing fire extinguishers in all apartments. Never happened. 4. Management consists of the biggest ***** I think I have ever met. If you read other reviews you will find that I am not alone in this opinion- she is nasty, literally. Please don't move here- you will HATE it too.
