The WORSE and most IGNORANT bus company. I would walk my kid to school rather than have this bus company deive my kid. They cut people off and this morning the bus driver bus #701 cut my husband off and caused him to have a accident and total his vehicle. I called and spoke to KEVIN who told me that my husband and I should obey the speed limit REALLY. We have the whole thing on dash cam where the bus cut him off and driving RT 13 doing 50mph I believe what the cop told us was 55 is the limit on that road. Maybe instead of hiring people that can just fog a mirror maybe hire experience people. They have children on these buses and driving like that not safe for us or the children.

We booked Advance Student Transportation for our only daughter's wedding and we were thrilled with not only the price of the bus which was far lower than any competitor but also the fact that the driver was on time for pick up of guests at the beginning and also on time at the end. I am so pleased with this company and the office was very polite and helpful to me when I confirmed the reservation. Thank you!

Buses are extremley dirty, bus drivers are extremley rude, they use cell phones, speed, and drive on curbs. They are extremley rude to my children and show not a care in the world. #BumperCars #LearnHowToDrive #BYYYYYYYYEEEEE

The bus drivers take advantage of their flashing lights and stop signs in order to but into the left lane traffic. I travel Cleveland Ave. in Newark DE every day of the week. These drivers are very inconsiderate about waiting in line like everyone else has to. They ride in the right lane all the way up to the light, instead of turning right like the lane is suppose to do, they FORCE their way into the left lane, where the traffic is going straight, always cutting other drivers off. This is not only inconsiderate driving, but also very unsafe as well. I worry that some day one of the kids on these 2 buses #760 and #227 will be injured by the STUPID drivers that they have. Newark police where are you when they are risking so many lives and property? I would rather not give them a star, but in order to submit this I am required.

Buses are late half the time, and often don't show up at all. Have too few drivers for their routs (I've called them up to yell at them). Generally, the kid misses the bus, but this company takes incompetence to a whole new level. They are professionals only in the career of being unprofessional, and, should you, like me, ever had to rely on their services, I pray for your soul.

Pray your school doesn't use this company! I pay a lot of money for my son to ride the school bus every day. We were so excited that we wouldn't have to drive him anymore, but OH SO NOT THE CASE! The bus driver calls in sick all the time and I end up having to rush around in the morning to drive him to school because the bus never shows up or shows up so late I have already taken him into school myself. So disappointed with this company.

I have never had a problem with this company before and my kid’s regular bus drivers are awesome! But ….yesterday there was a substitute bus driver that was absolutely unacceptable and should never be allowed to work around children ever again! And the fact that the school has requested to NEVER HAVE HIM AGAIN and Advanced Student Transportation sent the same driver back to the school is absurd. The fact that this man is even employed with this company shows a lot about how this company feels about the welfare of the children that ride their buses. He was speeding through developments and main roads, driving while talking on his cell phone, using profanity in front of and TO the kids and dropping them off wherever he felt like is. Small children ranging from kindergarten to 8th grade had to walk 3 to 4 blocks home. Kids were actually crying while getting off the bus. That man terrorized these kids! This is neglect, abuse and endangering the well fair of every child on that bus! Advanced Student Transportation has still not called me back regarding this matter. This is unacceptable business practice and it will not be tolerated!
