Tax agent does an amazing job. Exceeded my expectations and was very fast at getting my taxes done on time.

This person in charge, takes forever to do a job. It's been 2 months since we went to see him and he has not yet helped at all, but he did accept full payment for services since day one! He won't reutrn calls, he won't see you at his office, and takes too long! When visiting his office, he tell his assistant to leave and that he'll call you when everything is ready, HA! You're better off looking for someone else. He shouldn't take on assignments that he will not be able to keep up with.
