The place looks clean, nice personnel. I went there for the first time per recommendation. I don't think I am going back there. My nails were damaged after Dan did my dip nails. I know now not to trust nail specialist 100%. He was really nice, but I think he has no experience. He was using high-speed nail filler ridges and uneven nail texture for a perfectly smooth nail surface instead of soaking nails and then use nail nipper/cutter. I called the salon to speak with the manager, but she didn't even bother to come up to the phone to speak with me. The person who picked up the phone asked me to come around 5 pm to talk to her. I wen, but she wasn't there. All the technician were in defense, saying that every specialist have different techniques, and my nails will grow. I know that nails will grow, but nails were damaged by Dan's technique. I really hope that in the future he will be trained. Too bad that the manager didn't even bother to fix the issue. Andrew; however, in that salon seems really nice and knowledgeable.
