Animal Hospital Of Willow Street

Very professional and courteous staff. They have been our veterinarian for many years and have treated our cats helping us through the loss of them from age and a rare stroke one of our cats suffered. They gave us all the information we needed to deal with treatment and loss of our animals. They have special open houses from time to time and open the building to the public which I thought was a great idea to educate the consumer on how pets are treated and cared for at Willow Street Animal Hospital. I would highly recommend them!

I have been taking my dogs and cats here for about 9 years. I show persians and exotic shorthairs and have very unique needs when it comes to keeping whole show cats healthy. The staff and Doctors have been wonderful. I always get check up calls and the Doctors return all emergency and off hours calls immediately. I have lived in other areas and used other vet practices in the past. I think the staff and Doctors here are the tops!!

I have been taking my dogs (and my Mom's dog) to this vet for many many year. I find the prior comments about rude people surprising. I have never had any issues. When I lost my 1st dog a couple of years ago they couldn't have been more understanding.



This past Winter my Mom's dog became sick and while there wasn't anything we could do but try and manage the pain, this facility was very understanding. One of the vet's even called us on Christmas Day with some test results. He did die the day after New Year's day. My Mom not only received a standard card from the staff, but the vet send a card he personally wrote.

I have been with this business for several years now. I initally went there because they provided excellent care for a reasonable price. Unfortunately, after the practice was sold the care was still good, however the prices had continually gone up. The staff and doctors are friendly, but they can be a little pushy about services and products. Overall, good service but a bit pricey.
