Initially happy with the service so was willing to overlook the dirty/unkempt nature of the front visible part of the office. We had been told to steer clear of here by 2 different families, but returned for a second appointment anyway and found a total attitude shift, cutting us off mid sentence and interrupting, shushing us when explaining what we wanted, eye rolling and being WAY overly dramatic about bringing the wrong paperwork in and having to go back to the car for the right folder.

The care of the dogs is not a worry, but the bipolar nature of the conversation that we were warned about makes sense now. It was weird, glad to have found someone reliable and local that is gentle with dogs and also kind to people.

We were very happy with the grooming our dog received for 5 years. The day of our appointment we called to confirm the time. No one returned our call or left a message on any one of our three phones. When we called back later that day we left a message that was not returned. A week later I called to see if everything was ok and to reschedule our dog's appointment. That is when we learned that we would be charged $25 in addition to our grooming fee. How disappointing after 5 years of patronage.
