        This store is not user friendly. They didn't have the size jeans we needed so we asked if they could order some for us and have them shipped either to the store or our house. The response we got was no you can do that yourself online. I said well sense we are here can you do it for us and they said no. We were also told shipping would be free. So we went home and tried to order and shipping was 8.99. I decided after all this to check out JCPENNEY online. The jeans were cheaper and we were offered free shipping to a store. So it was a clear choice. We ordered from them and Herbergers lost out on a 100.00 sale.

        The many times I have shopped ...

        The many times I have shopped here, I have always had rude employees in the men's dept and guest service dept. I refuse to shop in those areas and avoid this store if at all possible.
