Purple Sage Salon Williston

i took my daughter and myself to this salon and i loved it Jen was great and everyone was very nice. Both my daughters hair and mine took hours and Jen was so nice about us taking her whole Saturday and when i took my daughter back because i said what we wanted was wrong and asked Jen to fix it she said no problem with a smile i highly recommend this salon thanks again Jen for being so great

I was seen shortly after my appointment time, but things went down after that. I had highlights and root touch-up. She rinsed my color and then I waited while she did someone else's haircut. When I went to her chair for her to cut & style my hair, she informed me that her next appointment was there and she had to do them first. I had already been there 2.5 hours. I ended up paying and leaving...wet hair, no cut, and color all over my face, ears, and neck. I was very disappointed with the entire experience. I'm not accustomed to waiting so long while my stylist works on other customers. I feel she didn't plan her appointments well. A week later I decided to call and just let the management know about my experience. The manager said she would speak to the owner and stylist and call me back later that day. It's been a week and I still haven't gotten a call back. I will not revisit this salon, nor would I recommend it to anyone else. On top of all that, she charged me $130 for the highlight & root touch-up that she did. I couldn't believe I paid that for such a horrible experience and to have to go to another salon to cut my hair and tone the too brassy highlight.

I did not like this salon. They use Redken hair color & the quality is not what I'm used to. My hair now has no shine and looks muddy & not natural. My cut is not great either and the woman who saw me was also not up to my standards. High prices should reflect high skill and product quality.
