Property Management Assoc

It has now been 19 months since my condo neighbors' toilet overflow stained my condo ceiling with effluent. PMA has arranged two separate "estimates" and I have never heard back about either of them. At the very least, it would be a coutesy to hear from this company that they are just not going to do anything.

My wife and I were away from Vermont when Covid-19 struck and we spent 7 months sheltering in Germany. While we were away our U.S. affairs were looked after by relatives in both Europe and Burlington as well as the staff at Property Management (PMA) For older folk whose domestic affairs are not always tidy, having a local firm like PMA handling our property was invaluable. Even with 2020 level communications, long distance, long duration household management is not easy.

Just had a resident stuck in the elevator and after multiple tries and having a resident reset the elevator they were able to get out. The property management was completely satisfied that that the elevator was now functioning fully without having anyone with technical expertise assess the situation. when I called (Mark) I was courteous but they simply did not want to be bothered on the weekend and actually interrupted me and hung up. I called back and was promised a call back but it didn't happen. There isn't even a website for this company or any place to locate an email to speak to a supervisor or someone with expertise and professionalism. This is a property with elderly and frail people who can't use the stairs. Disgusting!!!
