Laurel is consistently sought after for her knowledge in estate planning and elder law and has helped thousands of people with their legal needs.

We represent individuals in comprehensive estate planning, which may include the preparation of wills, trusts, durable powers of attorney, health care powers of attorney and living wills. We also provide legal representation to families with concerns for the elderly or incapacitated.
Trusts
Our Attorneys provide legal representation and advice on the preparation of wills, trusts and powers of attorney, including discussing possible tax issues that may be related to the disposition of a personâ€™s estate and working with the client's accountant on such matters. We also provide legal assistance on the administration of trusts and estates.
