Avoid these cheats like the plague. All of a sudden they stopped picking up my garbage, claiming it contained "unacceptable" waste (a few shingles) which they threw on the ground and then failed to take the rest of the container. I complained, and was basically told to go pound sand and no refund would be available.



I'll just bring my garbage to the transfer station myself and save $400 a year.



These people are simply cheats.

Willimantic Waste is a great company! I have used their services for years and have never had any problems. I also have lots of friends and family who use them and they're never disappointed, I always hear good things!

ive been a willi waste customer over a year. i pay my bill online. so they have my information. i called them 2 months ago to pick up their trash cannister i wanted to cancel my service, they finally picked it up 2 months after. then they took 2 months payments out of my checking acct. without notifying me . i have a call in to the state attys. office and to ch. 3 consumer reports. their secretaries where rude and told me too bad. i can only hope i end up costing them twice as much as they cost me. and that i will....
