AJF Leasing

We have never had a problem with this place until now. I am posting this twice, as there are two listings for AJF Apartments. The rent is fair, and the location is good. However, if you decide to live here, be wary of the owner. Unfortunately, he has an insane temper. We are good, quiet tenants, never late with the rent. He yelled at my young fiancee (who handled him politely) for parking in the wrong spot, though no signs were posted and there was no reason to know to not park there. Top of his lungs (and I quote), "I CAN'T BELIEVE YOU ARE SUCH A STUPID A**HOLE!" (more than once). If you are willing to put up with such an unbalanced individual, then this is the place for you. Lucky for you, there will be a vacancy soon, as we are leaving.
