        Overall

        There is nothing wrong with the service work, but the service people are very condescending to women. I always have to have my husband deal with them.

        Overall

        As always, Service Department was thorough and efficient. When given carte blanche, they did only the required service and did not add "extras" to pad the bill.Also, they provided needed rides from and to the dealership so we could make medical appointments. Reason enough to stick with the best.

        Once again Lou Certo provided us with a very positive car buying experience. He is easy to talk to, explains everything in detail, and answers all questions honestly. We will return to Pellegrino's and Lou when it is time to purchase our next new car.
