        We had an issue with a lost set of documents. UPS kept trying to claim the point of failure was at this store - this turned out not to be true.

        DESPITE this, the staff and management of this store bent over backwards trying to "make things right" even though they were NOT at fault. They were really accommodating and helpful and I appreciate them going the extra mile even when it became clear that they were unfairly blamed.
