Overall

Very unfortunate experience. Not a family friendly campground. The owner is constantly questioning everything, keeps walking around 'spying' versus checking on campers and has unhidden rules like a quiet camping area that completely did not allow my family any comfort of enjoying nature. No firepit or playground which is now a sign that he is trying to keep children and families out.

Upon arriving before even a 'hello' from the owner he immediately questioned what we have in our toy hauler. Informed him of our plated side by side and he continued to question what we were going to do with it. He then walked us to our site which did not accommodate our 5th wheel and allow the awning to be opened up. We proceeded to unpack and he walks back over not 30 minutes later saying he heard 'heavy equipment' being started up. We informed him we moved our two vehicles around. He then requested we keep our truck out by the road because he placed us in a quiet area where third shift workers are camped. After 45 minutes there my entire family was feeling hurt. My young daughter was scared to play, I felt like we were unwelcomed guests and started searching for a new campground. I went up to the office to inform the owners of the unwelcoming feeling in a calm manner and the owners wife (whom we never spoke with the entire time) proceeds to come out the door and swear at me. Very very poor management of a business. They want people to arrive, stay in their camper and no nothing more.
