Knowing the autos my family drive daily receive quality service that I can fully rely upon being safe and reliable are reasons of continuing going back as well as recommending to others. They are very knowledgeable in automotive applications including new and classic cars.

I had my sunroof serviced here at Rymer on Blackman St in Wilkes Barre.. and a month or so later it stopped working on its on. I called in to see what he can do for it.. As long as my father and I have been coming there and spending a pretty penny to have all of our cars serviced. He(Neil, the owner) tells me, the only thing he can do is close it. He went on to say, it was not a new sunroof he put in and he cannot tell me if it was any good or not. As a business owner I would never tell my customers that Hey I can't do anything for you. I take the car to him and He does nothing but let the car sit on his lot and I had to find other means to get to work. This is poor service from a man who has been in business for so long.. I am very disappointed and will not be returning for any other service since he cannot gaurantee his work!!!!
