I've love going to eat there or for take-out. Usually order the Italian hoagies, and have it made to order.

Excellent customer service right from the phone call to place the order, to the front desk personnel, to the delivery person (if I have an order delivered). Pizza is always fresh, hot, and the crust is delicious. My family raves about the wings and the available types of sauces. We can't say enough about their stromboli and calzones. The menu is plentiful and the prices are reasonable. They always try to please the customer. You can be quite specific with what you want and they always aim to please. Its a great addition to the South WB area...they should expand elsewhere, but don't leave WB.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT Today our local healthcare facility placed a large order with Phillys Phinest as we have done in the past. The good news, the food is usually delicious, but the bad news, which can kill their bottom line is that the food was delivered very late, cold and not appetizing. Delivered much later than the usual lateness that we had come to expect. However, we were willing to continue ordering from this business because of the delicious food. Due to being so late in delivery we were not satisfied with cold cheeseburgers, pizza, french fries and soggy hoagies. When we contacted the manager, Charles Williams, he refused to make good on our 75.00 dollar order including 2.00 delivery charge and a large tip we did generously give to the driver, because he said he was late due to the company making him deliver several orders in one trip. Our order was placed about 6:15pm and received about 8:10pm. When we spoke to Mr. Williams he blamed his late delivery on our facility, and would not take any responsibility except to offer that he would provide a new order and delivery if we returned the food they had already delivered. We could not do that as it had been delivered to numerous people and they were scattered throughout our facility. They had begun to eat as they were very hungry having waited so long. He was rude, uncompromising, willing to lose our business and refused to tell us who we might speak to that would hear our complaint. Therefore we have no recourse but to alert our 1000+ coworkers and even more patients and their families about the good food but very poor service. We believe that his lack of help or consideration for his poor delivery of our order, and his refusal to give an expected product as advertised for the good money we paid just to find that we had been duped, means we must in our strongest position say that this pizza business NEVER EVER be patronized. You too are likely to encounter this problem and his terrible proprietary skills. We were certainly taken and then rudely refused our money back or any reasonable compensation for our loss. DO NOT BUY FOOD FROM PHILLYS PHINEST. SHAME ON THE UNKNOWN OWNER(s)
