Had Michael as my inspector. I've been to many inspections, some of my properties others with my sons and friends. Michael is the most thorough inspector I have ever used. He shares his observations and encourages questions from the buyer. No question is too silly to ask him. We each enjoyed each others company. He's personable and full of valuable information.
