I have never had good experiences at dental offices, but I was very pleased with the experiences I've had at this one. Everyone is very helpful and let you know exactly what they are going to do. No need to be afraid of these dentists!!!

I was very hesitant to make an appointment to have my smile corrected since I am so very afraid of needles. My visits to Family Dentisry from visit 1 has been a wonderful experience. Now this is not to say that I would make an appointment for a root canal for the heck of it, it is just so nice to have something that I feared so much turn out so great. All the staff: Tammi; Terri: Helen; Barkley; Dr. P; Dr. B; Vickie; Debbie are just wonderful people and made me feel comfortable and absolutely important. My smile is beautiul and there are no gaps. At the present I am wearing braces and have not experienced the uncomfortable feeling or pain that many people have told me they had when wearing braces. If I sound happy and surprised you should see me smile.

Every procedure has gone exactly as it was explained to me. I really appreciate how professional and personal Dr. Banis and his staff are. I love them all!

I was so impressed with the service from my first dental visit yesterday. Everyone was so friendly . They should teach classes on what customer service should really be like ! What I really appreciated was the relaxed manner and the way they made you feel special .What a great place !

"In the end they made my 7 year olds day. He got to pick out 3 toys for sitting completely still and not moving through the whole process. Then they made his week a couple days later when in the mail came a certificate for ""Patient of the Week"" and a greeting card with a picture of him that was taken that morning holding his prizes and a message telling him, again, how awesome he had done.

I had such a great experience at Wichita family dental!!! I have never liked coming to the dentist but everyone here put my mind at ease right away an made me feel comfortable. I even had my little girl with me and they entertained her while I was getting worked on.

My wife and I have been going to Wichita Family Dental since its inception. We have been a patient of Dr. Chambers for probably 40 years and have continued with him and his group ever since. He and his group of doctors have the most efficient and modern facility in the central USA with the very latest equipment. You cannot get any better dental care in this state than at this office. They are on top of their profession and I would personally recommend them to anyone needing dental care.

I would highly recommend WFD I was greeted by very friendly staff, my hygienist Cortney was very good at her job, I used to go out west to a dentist office and I will not go back I feel as the Dentist at Wichita Family were so nice and did not rush me through. I will tell friends and family.

There was a friend of mine got up one morning with a swollen jaw and it was her tooth, i took her up there, the wait was very short, they not only helped her with that problem, but is working with her on the rest of her tooth problems. great people

I went to this office for the first time yesterday. I had a very painful tooth. I got right in and I had to have a crown. The staff was fantastic. Everyone was very friendly. I was there for 4 hours and they made me very comfortable. They did their best to make it leas painful. They even mill the crowns right there. I took my 13 and 8 year old kids today for a cleaning and everyone was super nice to the kids. I definitely recommend this office!
