Tim Waltrip: Allstate Insurance

Huge mix ups with online quote! They failed to offer me a print out of proof of insurance, I was sent to this local branch. I went in and had to sign up for a new policy and reassured I would be refunded in a couple days, 5 days go by without a refund for my online purchase, I call the branch only to find out another agent had that policy and that my refund could take over a week to come back to me! I'm Single mother of 3 and made my financial troubles clear to the agent and she reassured me I would be refunded without having to call them... Yeah, right. Now I other bills I have to forgo paying because I was lied to so they could gain policies! Let's hope I never have to make a claim, they obviously have no idea what they're doing!
