Don't waste your time. Sales associates were rude. The store itself is unshoppable. Dresses are packed so tightly onto the metal pipes they use as racks that the dresses are almost impossible to look through. Some selection in the $200-400 range, but most were over $500. No pictures due to "copy right laws?" Yet they could take a Polaroid, which they grabbed out of your hand if you left the store without the dress. The fitting room area was tiny, and room to actually have anyone else looking at the dress was very limited.
The store was dingy and musty smelling. Un fathomable how they stay in business.

Some of the nicest and most honest people I have ever worked with! Beautiful dresses and SO many to choose from! Nothing but good things to say about them! Don't judge a book by its cover!!! We drove all the way from Kansas City, and we WILL do it again!

Don't judge a book by it's cover! The outside isn't much to look at, BUT there is a ton of dresses in all sizes, colors, styles and prices. If you are a "princess" and looking for everyone to fawn all over you, go to the expensive shops. Yes it is tight, but make an appointment early during the week and you'll have plenty of time to plow through all the selections.

The sales ladies knew just what I wanted and helped me in and out of all the dresses I tried on. They were kind, offered suggestions and something to drink to me and my maid of honor.

They offered lay-a-way so I could afford the dress I loved. Alterations were good AND the seamstress made an over jacket from a picture I had to go with my dress.

I won't need another wedding dress, but I have some parties to go to and Parrot-Fa-Nalia is my go to place.

A hoarder's dream come true. Cramped, old, dirty, smelly, dress shop. There were dresses for miles, but I could not even look at one of them, they were shoved on the rack. Too much stuff and not enough room, very overwhelming! And the customer service is lacking in so many areas! Do not waste your time even walking in!

Rude sales people, very non professional. Don't waste your time going here. My daughter and her friends had an awful experience. These people know nothing about Customer Service.

My daughter found a great wedding dress at a even better price

Unlike the big stores, Parrot-Fa-Nalia keeps a nice inventory of rentals for those of us that find ourselves in a pinch. A buddy of mine realized that he didn't have dress shoes for a wedding he was supposed to be in and called me in a panic. I then made one phone call to Parrot-Fa-Nalia, told them the situation and shoe size (BTW it was 15) and they said "No Problem, it's in stock and you can come pick it up." Whew... crisis diverted. Thanks to the nice ladies at Parrot-Fa-Nalia

Would seriously have made a purchase from them if the salesperson hadn't been so rude. She started out nice & helpful but when we didn't jump into a purchase she literally didn't speak to us. We had not been taking up that much of her time on a Monday morning to have her be so rude. Went to look elsewhere & my teenage daughter did not want to return for the dress she really liked, because the salesperson was so rude. I had a similar experience 20+ years ago when I went dress shopping, but decided maybe they had changed & to try again- not going to happen again. I have 3 daughters & will spend a small fortune on dresses in the next few years.... Guess we will not go back to try again.

Great experience. Found a beautiful dress! The staff was helpful and fun. They provide refreshments while you shop. Their law away helped me afford the perfect dress.

A real fun place to shop. One of my best shopping experiences ever. The sales staff was awesome! They gave me personal attention as if I was a VIP. It made me feel really good. I’m thrilled with my new dress. These people truly care about their customers. Yea Parrot-fa-Nalia! I love you -- and your parrots, too.
