Jennifer, in response to your review: We appreciate your feedback and take these kind of comments very seriously. We always offer to all customers to come back and fix any issues if they are not done to their satisfaction. When you first notified us about being unhappy with our services, we did immediately offer to come back but you refused and only wanted full refund. Our crew did spend 3 hours of work in your homeand we were willing to send them back for another 3 hours or more if needed. We also never require customers to pay before jobs, they can pay once the job has been completed to their satisfaction. We are sorry that we could not make you happy in this case. We hope you have a better experience with another provider.

Absolutely the worst so called cleaning job I have ever paid for! They did not dust, clean the bathrooms, or do anything that I could tell. Everything was left dusty, floors left dirty, bathrooms left dirty. But they did charge me $125 and would not stand behind their work. They totally blew me off when I complained. DO NOT pay these people in advance if you dare to hire them. Check the work before paying. They don't even deserve the one star I gave them.
