I paid in full for a king bedroom set on 5-31-11. I was given the run around and it wasn't until 16 days later. I wrote the customer service center an e-mail and told them I would get a lawyer... Did anyone call me back with some kind of an answer. They had the guts to lie to me and claim my husband told them we didn't want it until July! I asked my husband, with the sales person on the phone, and all of a sudden... The sales person tried to tell me you misunderstood me. No, you lied. I still don't have my furniture! They claim it will be at their store on Saturday but I have no faith in that! It's sad that I have to go over the stores head to get store manager to even pick up a phone! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! Oh, and to top it off... He wrote me a e-mail and tried blaming us for the "misunderstandings". REALLY?!?! What isn't clear about I want the furniture I paid for 16+ days ago!?!?
