My boyfriend sent me flowers for Valentines day this year and they did not get delivered till the 15th. Their excuse was that they were "backed up". ITS VALENTINES DAY AND YOU ARE A FLORIST, hire more help!!! THEN, a co-workers of mines husband sent her flowers on Valentines day from this same place, and as of today, the 16th, they still have not arrived. Someone from the shop called and said that the order had been canceled. Clearly it was not canceled and we know this for a fact because her husband PAID FOR THEM.

I will be telling my boyfriend and everyone I know to NEVER order flowers from this florist again! Unbelievable
