Once your vehicle has gone through the refinish process we then reattach the outer parts such as mirrors, moldings, and other hardware. Should your repair require a wheel alignment or service such as air conditioning repair, we will perform them at this time. Your car will undergo a thorough cleaning, test drive and quality inspection prior to being returned to you.

Dent Repair
Inspect your vehicle for damages. Most hail damage can be seen under flourecent lamps and other lighting. If your car becomes an unlucky victim of hail damage, you’ll most likely need repair work done to remove the dimples left by the hail. Contact your insurance company for further instructions. Repair options include the conventional method or what is termed, PDR (paintless dent removal), or a combination of both. PDR repair is a process involving specially molded metal tools that massage the underside of a damaged panel until the dent is removed. This doesn’t disturb your vehicle’s factory finish and generally can be completed within days.
Body/Collision Repair
We make every effort to repair your vehicle on time. Unfortunately, delays beyond our control sometimes occur. Parts are back ordered, insurance adjusters need more time to review the hidden damage, proper drying of paints, etc. Due to the complexity of collision repairs and unexpected delays the delivery date can only be estimated…not guaranteed. Please understand that we try very hard to meet delivery dates by coordinating schedules, ordering parts ahead of time and making every effort to control the repair process productively and efficiently.

A hailstorm can disrupt electrical service and is often accompanied by other severe weather events, such as tornadoes. Prepare your family for the hazards and inconveniences of a hailstorm by creating a disaster preparedness plan. Make a disaster survival kit with a flashlight and battery operated radio (don’t forget fresh batteries) along with an emergency evacuation plan.

Some companies require policyholders to use auto-repair shops approved by the company. These companies usually offer a premium discount in exchange for your agreement to this provision.
