Do not rent from these people unless you want to be constantly irritated. They began managing my apartment recently, and it was a just a terrible experience to extend my lease by a month and then get my security deposit returned. They are sleazy and disorganized and run their operation out of the coat room of the Murdock Theatre. If you do choose to work with them, get everything in writing and keep it in case you need to take them to court.
