A-Ok

I've been a customer at this location for quite some time now and although I've never given a review even tho I've always been very satisfied, today I want to! I was helped out by Jeff and found that he was not only very polite and professional, he was extremely knowledgeable about my japanese fender strat guitar and offered some history on it, along with a decent fair loan! I'll be sure to give reviews from now on cause I've always been satisfied with all of the customer service representatives at that location! But today Jeff takes the cake!

Me and my husband run our own business remodeling homes for a living. We do business with A-OK on a regular basis. Today we were needing a loan on one of our very expensive machines and the lady was rude and lied right to me and my husband‘s face. I would suggest never going to this A-OK on West Street ever. I am appalled by how we were treated and how I was treated by the owner after calling to file a complaint. I suggest the Broadway store they are very friendly, kind and they care about their customers. The A-OK on Broadway and Oliver are owned by a different owner and I suggest going to either of those locations.

I went in to PAWN 3 irreplaceable coins, only to find out they have been sold because the worker messed up and put purchase on the recipt. Very Upset
