I had recently taken my vehicle to the to get checked out before a long road trip, there was nothing really wrong with it just an older vehicle not quite running as usual and a little decreased fuel economy, they said it was the sensor behind the air filter that was dirty causing the issue. When we left town 2 days later we had only driven 1 1/2 hrs before using 3/4 a tank of gas and the check engine light came on, the dirty air filter had been put back In backwards and the sensor they had cleaned was no longer working. After a great vacation I went to the shop to politely explain how the $115 repair they did caused us an additional $230, I was very nice about it however the owner was very rude, had talked down to me, and did not even come close to attempting to apologize.

I pulled in to ask about a problem with my gauges and some other problems. They went beyond what is normally expected.
