Extraordinary service and food...

Extraordinary service and food. This is the first rating I've ever given a place. It was just too memorable not to comment on! The pasta is great. The service was fast. We really couldn't ask for anything else. I ordered ravioli and my partner ordered penne, it was perfect!

This restaurant is extremely unhealthy. The place infested with roaches.

Horribly dirty filty beyond any immagination. I can not understand, how they passed the Health inspection!! The must have been sleep walking when inspecting this place.

They just moved to a new place and continue to grow roaches.

This place is nasty. My husba...

This place is nasty. My husband and I went there for our 15 year annversary and we were not immpressed. He ordered the Chicken Jerusalem and he said it taste like it was burned and the spaghetti was over cooked. And i had the Chicken parmigana the chicken taste like it was cooked in old grease and was burnt and the sauce had no taste the spagatti was way over cooked. And the service was terribble. We had to ask our waitress for tea. And they didn't have canoli's. If you have a menu wouldn't you make sure you have what's on the menu?

And the place was dirty. I had to wipe food out of my chair. The restroom had dead bugs and was nasty. I wouldn't tell my family to eat at this place. The waitresses are rude. And the owner is rude. This place does not need to be in buisness.

This place is horrible!!! The service and food are terrible!!! We went there on a Sunday afternoon and my pizza's crust was burned a little bit and my sister in laws sauce on her ravioli tasted like old grease. Then when paying at the register for our food we food that they charged us for extra rolls??? What place charges extra for rolls, chips, etc.. $0.35 per roll??? Then when my credit card had trouble swipping the owner actually cussed at me saying my **** won't swipe and she is not paying extra to manually type it in. This is the worse service I've ever had and will never go back and have made it an effort to tell everyone I know. This place needs to be put out of business!!!

Some things are excellent; some are REALLY bad

Service is prompt and very courteous; however, this restaurant has a very young waitstaff who has no clue what even Pelligrino or Perrier is. My best friend and I live here in Whitney and are frequest luncheon guests. The Chicken Cremora is to die for, and the spinach/mushroom roll would be great if it had fresh mushrooms and spinach rather than nasty canned. The garlic rolls are fantastic, and even more heavenly when combined with an olive oil/herb dip. The Tiramisu is wonderful - when they have it.

My friend and I decided to take out-of-town dates to the restaurant, thinking they would love it. Being men, they both ordered the rib eye steaks. When the steaks were served, the meat was definitely NOT that particular cut of beef, but rather a tenderized flank or possibly round steak. Both men ordered their steaks medium rare, and were served well done. Despite my urging them to say something to the waitress about this, neither wanted to "make a scene" and send their meals back. IMO, a rib eye is a far cry from round steak, and had we been charged round steak prices rather than the more expensive rib eye price, I probably wouldn't have aggresively urged the guys to send their food back, nor would I have bothered to take the time for this review.

My friend and I were VERY embarrased, and while we will still go to this restaurant only when we're in the mood for Chicken Cremora or Tiramisu (if in stock), we will NEVER take guests or dates there again.

This restaurant has great potential if the above issues were addressed and corrected.
