Worst staff I've ever met in my life! Very unprofessional and did nothing but make fun of the groomsmen. Charged everyone different prices for the same tuxes. Buttons kept falling off and had sew back on what we could the day of the wedding. Shoes were full of mud on the creases and was given an attitude when asked to have them cleaned. Multiple shirts and pants were wrong sizes. When we told the staff they were too big they just laughed it off and said they couldn't do anything about it.



When we returned the tuxes and told them about all the problems we had, they not once apologized. They made excuses as well as told us buttons are supposed to fall off. Really? One maybe, not ten. Needless to say when asked to compensate us back, they began to yell at us and told us to "get the f*** out."



Some paid $166, $188, $124..all for the same tuxedo. When told about this during the fitting, they laughed and said the cashier must have been joking with us. (This was during the fitting) Had we not noticed, comparing our receipts after we picked up the tuxes, they played it off as a mistake when returned.



I've rented Vera Wang Tuxes from Men's Warehouse for much less than the above.



The so called "manager" said he would call the groom and compensate him for all the mistakes. He yet still has to make that phone call.

I called these guys to ask a question regarding their suit cuts and they informed me that suits only come in one cut. This is not true obviously because there's many different cuts out there.the gentleman was being extremely rude and was trying to get me in the store without actually listening to what my requirements fomy event.this left a bad impression and I would never go there.
