After hitting a curb really, really hard i needed an emergency tow-By accident I called Alpha Security. IMMEDIATLY A VERY NICE GENTLMAN ANSWERED THE PHONE. I EXPLAINED MY SITUATION & HE TOLD ME HE WAS A LOCKSMITH AND HE R COMMENTS ATLAS TOWING. HE SAID HE TRUE THEM & THEY WOULD BE HONEST ABOUT HOW LONG IT WOULD TAKE TO GET TO MY CAR, HE WAS *RIGHT* AFTER SPEAK ING TO A WOMAN AT ATLAS WAS VERY KIND, AFTER TAKING MY INFORMATION SHE SAID THE TOW DRIVER WOULD CALL ME. A *FEW* minutes later a gentleman called & said he would be here in 30 minutes: about 20 minutes later he arrived & changed my flat tire. HE THEN RECOMENNDED FIRESTONE, IN Whitehall, to get a new tire. IF IT WOULD'T BE FOR THE RECOMENDATON OF THE YOUNG MAN AT *ALPHA LOCK* MY DAY WOULD HAVE BEEN A LOT WORSE! THANK YOU SIR!

Great, fast service. Was in need of a key for my Subaru Got a new microchip key and an emergency key to open the door.

The guy who came made sure that everything worked and that I was satisfied. Told me about the insurance coverage to get reimbursed for the cost of the key, Geico was more than happy to cover the cost. I know who I'm calling if I need more keys.
