Burger King

Horrible service. Was read back my order correctly, I get to the window and they almost charge me for the wrong order. Then when I get to the window the order is completely wrong and them proceeded to not make it right. Horrible establishment

if u want to be treated badly got to the burger king on colby street the ladies are rude there an they fill your orders incomplete or they make it wrong an when u tell them them become more nasty with there mouths..watch out for tonya shes really nasty.

I think I speak for nearly the entire town when I say: The problem with our BK is the service. I mean the food is actually better than other BK's nearby and the building is typically very clean. This would be great, however; your order is typically incomplete or incorrect and the wait is worse than a pizza shop on any given day. I wouldn't suggest requesting your order be compensated or fixed, as you will be met with rudeness and will most surely be questioned of possible mistakes on your end. I have lived nearby for 7 years and visited fairly regularly during this time and if not anything else, they are very consistent, but they are consistently destroying your order. It seems as though because they have had to correct my order a thousand times, that i am treated even worse than a typical customer. Boo to BK in Whitehall, Mi!

I got lunch for my boss & I at our local BK in Whitehall, brought it back & started in. All of a sudden my boss spits out her TenderCrisp along w/a 3 inch BONE!!! Half choking she showed it to me & I couldn't believe the mere SIZE of the bone!! We called over to BK & they asked her to bring in the sandwich, along w/her receipt. She did so & was met w/an extremly rude Manager that was supposed to be taking an incident report, but when my boss clearly pointed out that the time & such were wrong on the report, she was told it would be rewritten later anyway!! Thet gave her a hard time about refunding her money & never offered an apology. My boss proceeded to call the BK Co. & though they were slightly nicer, all she received was a written apology letter from BK & Tyson Chicken!! Not even a certificate for a free sandwhich or anything!! Needless to say, we don't eat at THAT BK any llonger!! The worst part of this is the way my boss was treated when it wasn't, in any way, shape, or form, HER fault. Very poor managment skills, people skills & crappy excuses for crappy food is all the Burger King in Whitehall seems to offer. Thanks, but McDonalds is just across the street & THEy now get ALL of our business AND referals. BK? We warn everyone we know!! Boo to you Bk, BOO!!
