King Tire Service, Inc.

We were at a RV Rally at State Fairgrounds in Lewisburg, VA. On Oct 8, I checked the air pressure in the tires on our motor home and discovered low air pressure in the right rear tire. We were headed back home to VA. Tried several different tire shops on Oct 8-9 before calling King Tire in White Sulfur Springs. Although they do not open until 8:00 A.M, when I called at 7:15 A.M., sales associate Krystal Hatfield answered the phone. I explained our situation and Krystal said to bring it in to the shop. We arrived about 9:00 A.M. and were immediately checked in. Krystal said it would be a short wait. A few minutes later, Justin Straub, a technician, pulled his mobile repair truck up to our coach and began working on the tire. In just a few minutes, he found a leaking schrader valve along with a questionable hose extention. He removed the extention and tightened the valve stem and corrected the leak. I went back inside to pay the bill and Krystal along with Justin Palmer, the shop manager were in the office. They said that there was no charge, and have a safe trip home. I did leave a tip for lunch. Thank you Justin, Justin and Krystal for absolutely outstanding customer service.
