        They are amazing, always helpful and concerned about your vehicle. Prices are fair and they stand behind their work. Best in area, stay away from Mac's Auto World. Now HE is a RIP off artist!

        I have had numerous vehicles over the last 10 years worked on at Kilmarnock Auto Clinic. The work has been thorough and affordable. The staff have listened to my comments and worked to complete my repairs as quick as possible. I would and do gladly refer others to Kilmarnock Auto Clinic.

        They absolutely do make sure you know what is being done to your car before they service and carefully go over your options with you. I have been a patron of Kilmarnock Auto Clinic for years and have never been dissapointed.

        HORRIBLE

        Stay away. They are the worst. Will not call you back. When you finally get in touch, they give you a huge bill even though they never okayed the work to be done. Classic rip off artists.

        We are definately not rip off artists we run a fair and honest shop here. There must have been a misscommunication because we do thourough and accurate estimates that we communicate to the customer before work is done. Sorry you had a bad experience
