I can't possibly have a more opposing opinion of Cloverleaf compared to the previous reviewer. I am not from VT and was recommended to give Cloverleaf a try by my friends sister who raved about it (who isn't easy to please). Instantly it just felt right. It wasn't just a jewelry store but certainly concentrated mostly on that. It is a mom and pop type of place and very good with custom orders. I had my soon to be wife's ring made there and currently I am having other pieces done as well using old family rings. Christie is amazing, I wouldn't trust anyone else to get the job done. If you don't want to just get generic jewelry like everyone else, go there, they will take care of you.

I recently had a ring designed and created by Cloverleaf. The ring was to consist of the gold from my Mother and my Aunts wedding rings, as well as the diamonds from my Mothers ring. The intent was to create a ring that had great sentimental value, was unique, beautiful and safe to wear everyday. I worked with Christy on the project, and I cannot describe how very pleased I was with the end result. She has an amazing ability to translate words into a design that not only met my expectations, but far exceeded them. The craftsmanship is superb. The attention to detail wonderful. Lastly, the cost of this project was easily 30-40% less than anyone else in town. Cloverleaf has become my Go To store for all my jewelry needs. The have both traditional styles as well as eclectic pieces.

If I could give this place a negative star I would. Completely messed up a special order by...not ordering it! Took my money though! If I hadn' called after a few weeks they wouldn't have even figured it out. Then when I tried to figure out how to fix the issue - the female owner was rude, condescending, and even a bit of a smartalec! Ironically, this was my first (and last) purchase here and although I like to buy local - I will never go there again. P.S. found the same ring via online from a company with great reviews for $30 less. Actually did see a few things in there I was thinking on purchasing, but i will go somewhere else instead. I won't go to a place that treats its customers substandard. Funny thing is got the impression that I wasn't important because I only spent $100 dollars, like I was a piece if trash. But in the words of Julia Roberts in "Pretty Woman", Oh. - You work on commission, right ? Uh, yes. Big mistake. Big. Huge ! I have to go shopping now. I do have to go shopping now...and not there!
