Liars. Promised me a brand new bike without imperfections. Arrived to see a jacked up scratched up '16. Drove 8 hours round trip for nothing. Ended up leaving empty handed.

I'd give it a 0 stars if they would let me. Took my son's 4 wheeler in to get fixed, get a call that it will be ~$600 for the diagnostic, a new battery, a carb rebuild and labor. Get another call saying they can't rebuild, they have to replace the carb, which will be $275 for the part plus more labor . Well they are the ones who diagnosed it wrong so why should i pay for labor 2 times. We say don't worry about it, we will get a carb ourselves. Well they say ok, it $375 for the battery installation, battery, oil change and diagnostic. Oh wait. We didn't do any of that. I guess I can take that off too. But I'm going to have to charge you another $150 to put it back together or I can give it to you in pieces. Thought he meant the carb was in pieces. Nope, he gave it back to me as a frame with stuff just sitting on top, some in a box, some just waiting to fly away while I drive down the road. It is broken down so much that I don't even know where to start putting it back together. On top of it, he got a smart mouth attitude and said he could charge me to put it in a bag too if I'd like him too. Don't ever use these guys. My 4 yr old is now crying because his 4 wheeler is in worse condition then it was! Battery wasn't returned either. Both my father (a car mechanic), and my husband (who has been riding 4 wheelers since he was 3) checked the battery before we took it to them and it worked. Now we don't have one at all. I'm waiting to find out what else is missing. I will be reporting this to the better business bureau.

DO NOT GO HERE! They don't even deserve one star. I only wish I had read the previous review BEFORE I dropped my 2009 R1 off to these idiots. These people are a joke. The review left in July hit it head on. The guy at the service counter with the 1" ring holes in his ears gave me excuses for 4 weeks instead of just being honest - the ONE "mechanic" or "technician" they have working back there is completely incapable of working on anything and does not know the first thing about motorcycles. It should have been a sign, with only one mechanic at a large dealership like that there is something wrong. After my 2009 R1 with 2,500 miles wouldn't turn over I thought I'd take it to the largest Yamaha dealer around, as surely they would know more about my bike and its mechanics than any other bike shop around.. BIG MISTAKE! They play a good game to sell stuff, but you better be ready to deal with a nightmare if you need anything from their service department. After getting the runaround from the wacko behind the counter for three weeks I figured I'd demand to talk to the manager of the service department. After leaving two messages and calling the third time I finally got him on the phone. He might as well go get a job cutting grass or something because he's about as worthless as tats on a bull. He lied to me to get me off his plate too. I let it go into the fourth week and ended up picking my bike up - without any change in status. They never even diagnosed it, and just like other complaints I had pieces missing off my bike when I picked it up but after arguing with them for a few minutes I said forget it I'll buy new ones and make sure I never step foot on that property again. It's a shame how a big place like that can turn into complete sh** - must be why there is hardly any customers in there every time I go there - people must be getting tired of their poor service. I have purchased many bikes from them as well as two jet skis in the past ten years but I will NEVER EVERRRRR GO BACK AGAIN!

After four weeks of being without my bike, I picked it up in the same condition I dropped it off in - BROKEN. I had to take it to GRD to have it fixed properly. I explained my nightmare to the guys there when I dropped my bike off and they explained to me that they took Atlantic's best mechanic four years ago and ever since then they have heard horror stories coming from the service. If you want quality service and want to deal with people that actually care about you go straight to GRD... or anywhere BUT ATLANTIC! Everyone at Atlantic is a complete joke now.

Don't let them work on your bike. There is more professionalism at a high school votech. The desk kid doesn't know what he's doing, the service manager is a joke, and they do crap work. I had my throttle cables replaced and now my throttle is loose. I had my brakes done and now both front and back squeal. I dropped off a travel trunk to have installed and they couldn't figure out how so they gave it back to me with scratches ( it took me 20 minutes to install). They told me my petcock was leaking in every position and I couldn't drive it until it was fixed and it would be another week. I told them NO and 3 months later it still hasn't leaked a drop. SCAM!!! THEY EVEN SCRATCHED MY GAS TANK . The only thing they did right was install a new battery but then again my 7 year old could do that. If you go there after reading this, DON'T SAY I DIDN'T WARN YOU.

Not recommended for repairs

I will never use the shop again. Took Bike in for a brake change which was suppose to take a day, it took at least a week. In addition to the extra time the estimate was much lower than the the cost when I picked it up. Then I found parts missing and other things that worked did not work anymore. The grips, and the seat warmers so far?
