Alliance Disaster Kleenup

I called these guys to do repairs after a massive water leak as they were referred by my insurance agency. They came relatively quickly to do cleanup, which is half of their business. Their cleanup work was mostly satisfactory, although I noticed a few things they were slapdash about. When it came time to do the repair work, trying to get an estimate was like pulling teeth. I tried making several appointments with the sales person and after several no call, no shows, realized I needed to call someone else to do the repair work. I wouldn't recommend them for renovation or repair, and I think I would have done better elsewhere for the disaster cleanup portion as well.
