Shamrock Saloon

So you drive out on this highway, into the dark. You can't see any lights from any city. About 25 miles out of Wheatland, you see icicle lites (year round) and a big halogen glow. Slow down and pull in, 'cuz that's the Shamrock Saloon! Meet the locals, have a beer, which they keep icy cold, or in winter ask for a Shamrock Coffee...ooh...this is Irish meets Country and it's GOOD! Friday nite, every Friday nite, is an all-you-can-eat family style dinner...from Beef Stroganoff to Taco Salad, you never know what it'll be unless you check their website ahead of time. But it's good cookin'! They often have local musicians jamming in the corner. Go request a song, and sit down and sing it with them. It's very casual. There's horseshoes in the summer, and you can sit outside and watch a Wyoming sunset like you'll never see anywhere else. Check out the Shamrock Saloon if you're ANYWHERE nearby.
