Fat Boys Tire & Auto

Heading from Denver to Billings, we had a blow out on the interstate and called them 20 minutes before closing asking if they would wait 15 min past their closing for us and we could buy a new tire from them. They agreed to wait and told us they were off exit 80, which we took, only to find that they were off the previous exit and it took us another 10 minutes to find them. We showed up at their door 22 minutes past their closing and no one was there. Called the emergency number and was lucky enough to talk to a very snarky gentleman who told us that he wasn't going to pay his guys all night to sit around and wait for us (even though one employee already said they would), but we could pay a $250 emergency rate plus the tire cost for someone to come back to the office. Thankfully we found Lil Guy's Tire, who was way more than willing to help us out over an hour and half past his closing time!
