Oakhaven Apartments

Great place to live, safe, fast maintenance. My AC went out, was fixed the next day. Been at Oakhaven for 9 years, seen some bad times in the begining, but now its clean, safe and quiet. You have to pay rent, no doubt - live by the rules, no doubt. Manager is fair and strict, will help with your probs, but keep your word & be honest. She will toss liars & takers. She is giving everyone a free ham or turkey for xmas! Try to beat that. Trying to get my sister in but she dont have apts available all full.

do not move to Oakhaven Apartments the management is lousy...she is very childish, she tries to control what is going on in other peoples lives..also she has no consideration for kids...bad place to live

dont ever live there cause the manager lies she trys to control how u live she trys to control your kids and what they should were outside. there is too much drugs there she lets anyone and there .... live there the manager just got busted with drugs and a family member thats a ... offender lives there.i woudnt put it past the manager if she stills your infomation out of your files since she is under investergation fron the police department.i would watch your back
