        Overall

        Wish I could give ZERO stars! The work done where I was living was purely a mess! It's like he never knew there were such things as codes and regulations. To top it off, he has a wicked anger problem and stole from me! Just run away if you see Mark Donovan! If you don't believe me then google his name and see he was arrested for assault. Ugh!
