General Info

I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Health Studies with a minor in Clinical Exercise Physiology, as well as my Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Boston University. After beginning my career in the health and fitness industry as a personal trainer and boxing instructor, I am currently a Doctor of Physical Therapy in Morristown, NJ. I also work with Parisi Franchise Systems Inc. as a consultant to Bill Parisi, teaching new training research and injury prevention strategies across the Parisi network. I have expanded my knowledge and expertise in the field by closely studying the teachings of Dr. Stuart McGill for back injury rehab and prevention, as well as effective and safe sports performance enhancement through proper core and joint mechanics training. Through being a long time student of Dr. McGill's research I was able to become the first American to become a McGill Method Certified Practitioner. In addition, I have undergone training in ergonomics, functional dry needling, myofascial decompression, IASTM and Frequency Specific Microcurrent that I use to better facilitate recovery in patients/athletes via its effectiveness with pain management, improving muscle performance and restoring optimal/healthy movement patterns.
