        I am a Bon Voy silver member. Was placed in wrong room then placed in correct room. The sleeper sofa is not a sleeper sofa. There is zero mattress and zero pillows bedding or whatsoever. Marriott does not even adhere to the ultimate reservation guarantee. Very disappointed figured people would stand by their own policies. If you want to sleep on plywood this is the place for you. Left and went to another hotel.
