After seeing two of my friends attend this weight loss clinic, I decided to give it a try. I found the staff there to be very friendly and wanting to help me in my weight loss journey. I did the partial program, and lost 25 pounds. They helped me figure out a meal plan to help me maintain my weight. It's not easy, but I've been doing pretty well in maintaining, and I check in each week to get on the scale. Accountability is important for me in order to maintain. The products are good tasting, and there is a good variety. Most of all, I appreciate how the staff works together to help me. They encourage me and answer my questions.
