Action Automotive

I recently had a rear end gear put in my mustang by Action Automotive. To sum it up it is apparent that if you are not a large company whom they have a contract with, you don't matter. The blonde lady at the service desk was as rude as they come and the owner told me that the gear will whine some. I only spoke to the owner after the work was done. I was not told this before work was done and I was never told at any point and time that there would not be any warranty. Through my research I found that if installed properly it should not whine or clunk ( which mine does) when coming to a stop. Unprofessional and sketchy.
